Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Claims
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made at www.unniekorea.com (“Unnie”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to our terms as outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: An order can be cancelled before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow our return policy to return the items.
Returns
- 14-Day Window: In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: A refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Exchanges
- Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges.
- Process: If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order.
Claims (Defective or Incorrect Items)
- Reporting: If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
- Requirement: Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item for prompt handling.
- Resolution: Upon approval of your claim, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned for hygiene or special order reasons:
- Personal Hygiene Products: Brushes, combs, makeup brushes, etc.
- Opened Items: Products where the seal has been broken, or items that are used or damaged (unless the damage occurred during delivery).
- Disposable Items: Single-use products and sheet masks (due to hygiene reasons).
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-returnable unless the product is defective.
Refund Processing Time
- Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Method: The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
