These Shipping Terms apply to purchases made at www.unniekorea.com (“Unnie”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to our shipping terms as outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders.
- Delivery Time: Shipping from South Korea to Sweden typically takes between 7–15 business days.
Address and Name Information
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address/name, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs or lost packages.
- If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@unniekorea.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been handed over to the carrier (PostNord or EarlyBird), we are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building reception, or your local postal agent first. If the issue persists, please contact the carrier (PostNord or EarlyBird) directly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the total price for orders up to 150 EUR. If you wish to make a purchase exceeding 150 EUR, please contact us beforehand.

Damaged or Defective Goods
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@unniekorea.com with your order number and photos/videos within 7 days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
